All-Star Tournament

Who can play?  League sanctioned All-Star and Recreational teams

Who cannot play?  Club teams, independent teams, and select players (this includes players who have guest played on a select roster during the Spring 2025 season)

Divisions:  8U, 10U, and 12U

Number of Teams:  Limited to the first 32 paid teams.

Number of Games:  Three game guarantee: two pool games followed by single elimination bracket play.  Awards given to the 1st and 2nd place in each division.

Rules:

Registration Deadline:  June 1, 2025 at 5:00 pm.

Requirements:  Once your team is registered, please email a copy of the following to president@coppellgirlssoftball.com at your earliest convenience, or provide during check-in at the tournament:

  1. Insurance Certificate (only 1 copy is needed per association)
  2. Roster with names, DOB, and jersey numbers

Until we receive both items, your team will automatically forfeit any scheduled game without refund.

Total Cost:  $350 for all divisions.  Payments are required in advance.

Refund Information:  NO REFUND AFTER GAME TIMES ARE POSTED!  The $75 administrative fee will not be refunded after the tournament starts.  All refunds are determined as follows:  $350 minus the $75 administrative divided by game guarantee.  Any game started counts as a game played.  Full refunds will be given if the tournament is cancelled due to weather before the tournament starts.
